Last Wednesday, LightCastle Partners organized a roundtable at the launch event of our annual flagship publication, LightCastle Business Confidence Index 2022–23. The importance of the study is pivotal considering the international and domestic headwinds impacting our growing economy. The study entailed interviews with 167 c-suite private sector leaders and their perspectives on the macro, meso, and micro-level challenges impacting their sectors. In total, twenty-five sectors have been covered in our study, and we identified insights on current challenges, growth opportunities, and policy imperatives for fostering sustainable and inclusive growth of our economy.

Industry leaders from esteemed organizations like BSRM, DBL, Knit Asia, Picard, Universal Hospital, New Age Group, DBL Group, Olympic Industries, Digicon, and Brain Station-23 joined the lively discussion. I’m humbled to have presented the keynote, sharing the core findings from the business confidence study.
